The clinic is located on the second floor which you can get to by using the elevator or stairs.

Klara is the new direct messaging service that we used to communicate with patient’s. With Klara, you can send us messages, documents, and preregistration forms. Klara can be used on your mobile phone as well as on a web browser. On this website he can use Klara to contact us by clicking on the bottom right and typing a message. Communications through Klara will be tied to your mobile number. It is HIPAA compliant and fully secure.
The Patient Portal is an integrated service in our electronic medical record software that we use to distribute results and reports to you. You can also update your medical history within the patient portal prior to your clinic visit to save time. While the portal can also be used to send a message, Klara is the preferred method of communication whenever possible.
Upon creating an appointment, you should have received a confirmation text from Klara.  If you are unsure about when your appointment is, you may contact us through Klara and request further information about your appointment.Â
Text reminders will be sent out through Klara in the days prior to your appointment.  You may respond to these text reminders directly with any questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We take most commercial insurances, Medicare, and Medicaid. We also accept patients without insurance and offer an excellent cash rate. For full list please see the “Request an Appointment” page.
Yes, we do accept credit card payments. You can pay using your credit card in the office or online using the link provided in your bill. Â

Yes. We welcome patient without insurance.  Prices can be requested by calling us at 702-750-0313 or by messaging us on Klara.
Different treatments and services may cost different amounts. The amount charged to you depends on the level and coverage of the insurance. You may have a co-pay and/or deductible for your visit, which varies between insurances. If you are self-pay or do not have insurance, prices will be provided at your visit.Â
We perform procedures at several locations including Valley View surgery center, Summerlin Hospital, Specialty Surgery Center, and Southwest Surgery Center.
In the future we will also perform procedures at Centennial Hospital.
If you are scheduled for a colonoscopy and do not have a bowel preparation and hand, please contact us at 702-750-0313 or through Klara and let us know that you are in need of a new bowel preparation. We will send one to your preferred pharmacy as soon as possible.
Detailed instructions on how to prepare for your colonoscopy and how to take your bowel preparation will be provided at your clinic visit. The instructions also available for for colonoscopies, he should stop eating any solid food to starting the day before your procedure. During his stay and on the day of your procedure, you can only drink certain clear liquids. Please refer to the colonoscopy diet and bowel preparation instructions for more details.
For upper endoscopies, you should not have any solid food on the day of your procedure. If your procedures the morning before noon, he may not have any liquids except a small sip to take with the medications. If your procedures in the afternoon, then you may have small amounts of clear liquids up until approximately 10 AM. For colonoscopies, you must stop eating all solid foods starting the day before your procedure. You may only have clear liquids from then on until after your procedure. Please refer to the colonoscopy diet and bowel preparation instructions for more details.
For upper endoscopies/EGD, you may not have any solid food on the day of your procedure. If your procedure is in the morning before noon time, then you may not drink any liquids either except for small sips of water for medications. If the procedure was in the afternoon, then you may have clear liquids until approximately 10 AM, but nothing afterwards until your procedure is complete. Please refer to the specific instruction document for your procedure for more details.
